Spiritual Classes and Development

Kat has been actively teaching in metaphysics, energy work and psychic development since 2015. Her major passion is energy work and equipping healers and readers with the tools to be the most effective at what they do. Katharina focuses on cultivating the innate gifts of each individual and strengthening them to their fullest capacity.

All classes available remotely are done via Zoom. After purchase of a class seat, a Zoom link shall be sent to the class registered. Registration prior to class for participation is required. All classes have limited seating to ensure quality, and individualized attention to each participant.

Shamanic Classes

Munay Ki Certification (coming January 2024, remote only)

Munay Ki is a series of 9 Angelic Rites and downloads given by the shamanic lineage of the Q'ero tradition of a medicine practice hailing from Peru. These 9 Angelic Rites are the first initiation into the lineage of the Q'ero practitioners, given to and created by Alberto Villoldo's teachings. Alberto Villoldo is the creator of the Four Wind's Society of the Medicine Way. These Angelic downloads are integrated into our light body, and our Aura. It is said to transform us on a DNA level and activate our luminous energy body. This can be taken in conjunction with the Mesa program or solo. This is a path of fire, and helps us transmute our shadows at a more rapid pace. The first four rites are known as the "foundational rites", and activates us on the physical/mental/emotional level. The last 5 rites are transcendental and connect us to the Upper Worlds and our Higher Self.

The Nine Rites Are:

Bands of Power- five bands interwoven into our aura to act as natural protection and filtration from heavier or denser vibrations. Anchored in with the energies that are higher vibrational from our lineage, from Celestial Bodies to Mother Earth, and Spirit.
Healer's Rite-begins the ancestral healing process within ourselves and our DNA lineage from 7 generations before and after us. We receive our Pi stone to download the rites from the lineage.
Harmony Rite-illuminates our Chakras and activates our light body in order for us to raise our vibration. Anchors the 7 primary archetypes and elemental energies from the lineage into our Chakras to help us find balance.
Seers Rite- activates our natural gifts and reawakens or deepens our intuition. Connects us to have the heart, mind, and vision of a healer.
Daykeeper Rite- connects us in service to healing Pachumama (Mother Earth) and activates our power to connect to all altars across time and space. Heals the Divine Feminine.
Wisdomkeepers Rite- Connects us with the Apu (Spirit of the Mountains) of the lineage. Broadens our spiritual vision. Connects our ability to download greater divine inspiration and wisdoms from Spirit.
Earthkeeper- Activates our ability to be an Angel on Earth. We connect to our ability to be of service to ourselves and the Earth and our greater community on a deeper level. Activates our ability to heal our Earthstar Chakra and physical existence.
Starkeeper Rite- Illuminate your 7 chakras with stars, and connect you with Christ Consciousness. Chakras are harmonized to work together in pure light vibration. Activates nonjudgement and unconditional love.
Creators Rite- Awaken in the inner creator and manifestor of the life you dre`am of having.

This class is structured into individual classes for each Rite, for a total of 9 classes. You must complete the previous class in order to move on to the next one.

Tarot Workshops

From basic tarot interpretation and layouts which include working with your intuition and symbolism to an all day class focused on those who wish to learn how to become a professional psychic, Kat has created 3 flexible courses to appeal from the novice to the advanced practitioner for psychic tarot readers.
Tarot Layouts Workshop: 2 Hour course for tarot layouts, working with your innate intuition, symbolism, meaning and interpretation

Archetypes and Symbolism: 2 Hour course for more in-depth symbolism, astrological, numerological, and archetypal correspondence.

Psychic Practioner Workshop: 8 Hour course for advanced practitioners for those focused on becoming professional readers. How to navigate a professional setting, ethics, boundaries and work group practices

Channeling Exercise
A hands on experience for accessing channeled experiences and how to tell when you are in channel or not. Guidance on your individual tells for when you are channeling from higher dimensional spaces. Used for communication with either Spirit Guides, Angels or for us to be able to do Energy Work/Intuitive work. This is how we get in 'the zone' prior to spiritual work and is a fundamental and necessary part of being able to all Spiritual modalities.

Psychic Protection & Energy Hygiene
In this course you will learn how to protect yourself psychically and energetically while giving readings and doing readings. This is essential to being able to read without absorbing or having negative side effects while connecting to others, and in order for you to maintain mind/body/spirit wellness. This course also covers protections for empaths and healers.

Shamanic Workshops

Upper and Lower World Journey
Upper world journeys allow us to connect to our higher self, travel to meet our angelic guardians and ascended ancestors who work with us to get higher wisdoms, insights, and knowledge. We journey to meet and connect with the guides that protect us in life and help us learn the lessons needed to progress forward in life.

Lower world journey allows us to access our subconscious realm, integrate and connect with our shadows deeper to heal them, as well as do retrievals; such as power animal retrievals. We go here to learn more about ourselves and who we are.

Energy Sensing Practice
Energy Sensing is an essential element to psychic readings and healing work. Being able to fine tune our ability to sense and connect with the energies around us, and interpret their meanings assist our ability to find our personal psychic and intuitive tells. This strengthens and enhances our connection to our intuition, and what it means.

Personal Empowerment Workshops

End of Life Doula Certification
Given the blessings to pass down the wisdom of this course written by Angela Solomon, RN and Certified End of Life Doula, I continue to pass on the teachings and wisdoms of this practice to those who wish to create a difference in the End of Life experience. This course educates and offers tools to work with those who are in the final stages of their passing. Connect with Death on a deeper level and help transcend the idea that Death is something for us to fear, but rather to embrace and process. No one should die alone.

This class is a series of ten classes. You must complete all ten classes to receive certification.

Shadow and Light Workshop
Not a traditional shadow-work workshop! Learn to work with your shadow and balance it out with light work. Learn skills, tips and tricks on how to access the wisdom of the shadow while making integration easier. We do not have to suffer while doing shadow-work. Make the process as gentle as possible.

This workshop explains what shadow-work is, why it is popular, how it is different than traditional light work and how to incorporate the two. Life is all about balance. This course embodies the idea of the yin/yang, the balance of the Divine Masculine and Femine, and embracing our two halves to become One.

Healing the Inner Child

This class reconnects us with our inner child, how to work with the inner child, and how to heal. In this class it discusses the importance of building a relationship with the inner child, how to do so, and how it benefits us in our adult lives to become more whole and secure within ourselves and our relationships.

Energy Work Courses

Reiki Usui Seichim Certification

Certified as a Master Level Reiki Usui Seichim practitioner, Katharina actively certifies and teaches levels 1,2, and 3 of this branch of Reiki. Reiki Usui Seichim, also known as "All Love" was created by Patrick Ziegler in the 1980s. Reiki Usui Seichim (Sekhem) combines the traditional modality of Reiki Usui Ryoho and Egyptian influences to create a harmonious and blended modality. Reiki Usui Seichim is a channeled healing modality connected through a series of attunements; Novice, Intermediate, and Master levels.

Fundamentals of Energy Work, Level 1 and 2

In this 2 part series, you will learn all the ins and outs of everything there is to know about energy work and its functions, regardless of modality. This class is designed to cater to both the practiced practitioner who wants to gain a new understanding, or for those just beginning to start their path. This goes into depth as to how energy works, how it flows, and what may or may not affect a healing.

Crystal Healing

In this class, Kat focuses on explaining how stones work, how to apply their usage in metaphysical and energetic healing practices and different ways of apply their energy from grid work to manifestation.
